The Homes YouWon't Find Online.

Private Exclusives and quietly off-market properties visible only inside the Compass network — plus Coming Soon homes before they go live. See what the public market never does.

The Hidden Market

Roughly a third ofdeals start off-market.

Not every great home hits Zillow or StreetEasy. Sellers who value privacy — or who want to test the waters before a public launch — list quietly, inside the brokerage network. If you’re only searching the public portals, you’re seeing part of the picture.

As your Coast advisor at Compass, we open the door to that hidden market — matching you to Private Exclusives, Coming Soon listings, and off-market opportunities across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Westchester before most buyers see them.

The Inquiries

Frequently Asked Questions.

01What is an off-market or Private Exclusive listing?
A home that's for sale but not on public search sites. Private Exclusives are shared only within the Compass network of agents and their qualified buyers, so sellers keep their privacy and buyers get early, less-competitive access.
02How do I get access to Coast Confidential listings?
Work with The Coast Team. Once we understand your criteria and budget, we can share the Private Exclusives, Coming Soon, and off-market homes that fit — many before they ever reach the public market. Request access below.
03Why would a seller go off-market?
Privacy, price-testing, and control. An off-market or Private Exclusive listing avoids accumulating public days-on-market and price-drop history, so the eventual public debut (if any) looks fresh.
04Do off-market homes cost more or less?
Neither by default — pricing depends on the home and the market. What off-market access buys you is a first look and, often, less competition than a public bidding situation.
